01 Academy Programs — 1-on-1 Sessions

For individual 1-on-1 consulting or Q&A sessions with Manmeet Pal Singh:

• Cancellation 48+ hours before session — Full refund issued within 7 business days
• Cancellation 24–48 hours before session — 50% refund issued within 7 business days
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before session — No refund. Session may be rescheduled once at our discretion
• No-show without prior notice — No refund and session is forfeited

02 Academy Programs — 30 Day Programs

For the 30-day Domain Investing Program (Standard and Premium):

• Within 7 days of purchase — before first live session — Full refund if you have not accessed any live or recorded sessions
• After first live session has been attended — No refund as program delivery has commenced
• Technical issues preventing access — Full refund if we are unable to resolve access issues within 5 business days of your report

03 Consulting & Brokerage Services

For domain acquisition consulting, brokerage, appraisal, and portfolio management services:

• Consulting retainer fees — Refundable on a pro-rata basis for unused days if cancelled with 14 days written notice
• Appraisal / valuation reports — Non-refundable once the report has been delivered
• Brokerage commission — Non-refundable once a domain transaction has been completed and transfer confirmed
• Free consultation sessions — No payment involved, no refund applicable

04 Event Tickets

For DomainX™ conference and event tickets:

• 30+ days before event — Full refund minus payment gateway charges
• 15–30 days before event — 50% refund
• Less than 15 days before event — No refund. Transfer of ticket to another person is permitted with prior written notice
• Event cancellation by DomainX™ — Full refund within 14 business days, or option to transfer to the next event
• Event postponement by DomainX™ — Ticket remains valid for the rescheduled date. Refund available on written request within 7 days of postponement announcement

05 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at hello@domainx.org with:

• Your full name and email address used at time of purchase
• The service or program you purchased
• Date of purchase and transaction/payment reference number
• Reason for refund request

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

06 Payment Gateway Charges

Payment gateway transaction fees (typically 2–3%) charged by Razorpay, PayU, or other processors are non-refundable as these are charged by the payment provider and not retained by DomainX™. Refunds will be processed net of these charges unless the refund is due to our error.

07 Consumer Rights Under Indian Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If you believe you have received a deficient service, you may also approach the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000 or file a complaint at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
